Engage and create an empathetic relationship with individuals and families

Evaluate needs by inquiring about the barriers keeping them in their situations

Direct those in need to the proper agencies and programs to prepare for employment, counseling and residential placement

Show patience, respect and God’s love during ALL interaction with those in need
